The Florence Fischer Talent Agency (FFA) was originally founded in 2003 by Sheila Fischer, who named the agency in memory of her mother, Florence Fischer, who recently passed. Which started off as a talent management company, (333 Entertainment) Sheila was a personal manager before becoming an agent.
She became a manager because her children were child actors, doing projects with Disney, Nickelodeon, Paramount Studios, commercials, videos, to name a few. In 2019, 333 Entertainment Management is now known as Florence Fischer Talent agency.
FFA is known for maintaining close, working relationships with their clients. And every client is represented by the entire agency as a whole. We represent actors, directors, writers, producers, musical artists, comedians, authors, athletes, coaches, broadcasters, teams, leagues, chefs, designers, consumer brands, and more in various film, television, music, sports, digital media, marketing, and beyond.
FFA has continued to deliver on its promise that every client is represented by the entire agency as a whole. This collaborative approach benefits our clients now more than ever, as they look to build their careers and their brands across multiple disciplines and platforms.
It is also our goal to lead the way in diversity, advocating with marketplace buyers for our clients from historically underrepresented groups – and for the cultural and commercial value of inclusion. FFA continues to increase the diversity of our talent roster and our employees, and we will expand our efforts in the years to come.
